Sam Oslin and Dillon Oslin have more than 40 years of combined professional experience in the coatings industry and are passionate about exceeding your expectations.

Their competition looked at both projects and suggested a light wash and a dark stain to cover up the mold. Sam proposed a deep steam cleaning process that kills the mold. He then had a team prepare the surfaces for staining and sealing. The deck and house both look great, the house especially looks fantastic, no more black stains under the eaves.
